What does it cost to get started?
Most matters usually begin with a one-hour paid scoping consultation based on our solicitor's hourly rate plus preparation time. During this meeting, we review your documents, identify the key legal and commercial issues, explain your options, and recommend the most appropriate strategy.
If you're not sure whether your matter falls within our areas of practice, a short exploratory call can help determine the right starting point.
What does a strategy session with clear deliverables contain?
A time-boxed phone or video call providing oral legal advice on your matter and recommended next steps.
No written advice, letters, drafting or third-party correspondence are included. If written work is needed afterwards, we'll scope and quote separately.
Can you handle urgent removals?
Yes—where appropriate we triage same-day and advise immediate steps and proportionate routes. Outcomes and timing depend on facts, platform policies and evidence; no removal can be guaranteed.
Will our enquiry be confidential?
Yes. As an SRA-regulated firm, we treat enquiries in strict confidence and conduct conflict checks before accepting instructions.
Can you represent us in court?
We act in England & Wales on civil/commercial matters. Where advocacy is required, we instruct specialist counsel and manage case strategy. For other jurisdictions we coordinate with local counsel.
How do I get a contract drafted or reviewed?
Send the draft or key terms and objectives. We'll confirm scope and provide a clear quote and turnaround. Drafting/review is not included in the fixed-fee consultation unless separately agreed.
