How do I get started?
Most new matters begin with a fixed-fee legal consultation. We review the relevant material, identify the principal legal and commercial issues, explain the options available to you and advise on the most appropriate next steps.
If further legal work is required after the consultation, we will define the scope, deliverables and fee before that work begins.
What is included in the fixed-fee consultation?
The consultation is a focused phone or video meeting providing oral legal advice on your matter, including the key legal issues, your options, risk and recommended strategy.
Drafting, formal written advice, letters and third-party correspondence are not included unless expressly agreed as part of the consultation scope. If further work is required, it will be scoped separately.
Can you handle urgent removals or other time-sensitive matters?
Yes. Where appropriate, we can prioritise urgent matters and advise on immediate, proportionate steps. Timing and outcomes depend on the facts, available evidence, applicable law and any relevant platform procedures. No particular outcome can be guaranteed.
Will my enquiry be confidential?
Yes. As an SRA-regulated firm, we treat enquiries in confidence and carry out appropriate conflict checks before accepting instructions.
Can you represent me in a dispute or court proceedings?
We advise and act on appropriate civil and commercial disputes in England & Wales. Where specialist advocacy is required, we can instruct counsel and manage the wider litigation strategy. For matters involving other jurisdictions, we may coordinate with appropriate local lawyers where necessary.
How do I get a contract drafted or reviewed?
Where a contract review or drafting project requires preliminary legal analysis, we will normally begin with the consultation so that the commercial objectives, risks and required scope are clear.
The drafting or substantive contract review itself is separate implementation work unless expressly included in the agreed consultation scope. We will confirm the scope and fee before undertaking that further work.
Do you offer ongoing legal support?
Yes. Where ongoing support is appropriate following the initial advice and scoping stage, we can discuss retainer arrangements for agreed commercial, intellectual property, technology and dispute-related work.
